We will enjoy this public holiday (Day following Buddha’s Birthday on 25 May, Monday) with a mini yoga retreat, slowing down together to connect body and mind with nature while enjoying each other’s company. Away from the city streets but still close to home, this is a gentle mix of walking, yoga, sightseeing and good conversation.

What we will do
● Meet at Admiralty Station Exit C1 (street level) at 8:30 a.m. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to greet the group; we will leave at 8:30 a.m. sharp
● Forest hike of about 2 hours with beautiful views along the way.
● Beach fun fitness games and playful yoga on the sand.
● Lounging, swimming, social time and a relaxed picnic on the beach (bring your own food or buy nearby).

Who this mini retreat is for
● People who want a calm, nature‑based reset without leaving Hong Kong.
● Anyone new to yoga or returning after a break who prefers a gentle, friendly setting.
● People who are visiting Hong Kong or new in town and want a different experience beyond the usual sightseeing.
● Those who enjoy light hiking, greenery and exploring quieter corners of the city.
● People who want to meet others, socialize in a relaxed way, and connect with fellow movement and wellness practitioners

Event fee: HKD 250
☆ This fee includes Meetup platform fee, themed fitness + yoga class, guided hike, and helps build up basic fitness equipment for future community sessions.
☆ This fee does not include transportation, food, or your own insurance.

How to reserve your seat
1. RSVP on Meetup.
2. Send payment via PayMe or FPS to 9177 1700 with the note: “Your name_Mini Yoga Retreat 20260525”.
3. Your spot is confirmed after payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours of your RSVP, you will be moved to the waitlist so that spaces can be offered to others who are ready to join

What to bring / wear
● Your own yoga mat. A beach towel or picnic mat is also fine and may be easier to carry along the hike.
● A small towel for stretching.
● Comfortable clothing and walking / hiking shoes.
● Water, sun protection, and your own snack, picnic food or something small to share if you wish.
● Swimwear and a change of clothes if you plan to go for a dip.

RSVP, refund & cancellation
● Limited spaces – please only RSVP if you’re fairly sure you can come, and update your RSVP if your plans change.
● Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event can be refunded or moved to another Mini Yoga Retreat.
● Cancellations within 48 hours or no‑shows are non‑refundable, as the spot has been held and planning already done.
● Repeated no‑shows for Wellness Wonder events may lead to restrictions for future mini retreats and small yoga outings, so we can keep space for active participants.
