Dec 2025 Intro to Archery Somerset WI

We have been invited back to an indoor private club for an introductory archery session. Equipment and instruction will be provided, no experience necessary. The event is hosted by Don Buckentin, a club member.

PLEASE NOTE: If you attended last year, do not sign up again. Since capacity is limited, we want to allow new people to participate. This is likely to reach capacity so do not sign up if you attended last year.

After the session we will have a potluck lunch. The organizers will providing Sloppy Joes and salads. Utensils and plates will be provided by the club and cash donations will be appreciated to cover the replacement costs. If you will be staying for lunch, please enter an event comment on what you will bring- sides, salads, chips, dessert are some suggestions. Please bring your own beverage.

Note: The club will be available after lunch for those who would like to have some additional practice.

The center is approximately 20 minute drive from Oakdale along Highway 36. For those who would like to car pool, we will plan on meeting at the Oakdale Discovery Center (4444 Hadley Ave N Oakdale) at 9:30 am before consolidating cars.

Please wear comfortable indoor shoes, and clothing.

Cancellation
The event may be cancelled if weather or road conditions are dangerous. Any cancellation will be sent through Meetup.
