Aug 2026 Marine on St. Croix Kayak - Rent a Kayak

NOTE: This event is for renting a kayak (cost $30 plus fees). If you would like to bring your own kayak (cost $10 plus fees), please see the separate Meetup event for the same day and time.
Kerri Kolstad of Wahoo Adventures will lead us on a 3 mile round trip paddle of the St. Croix river beginning at Marine on the St. Croix. We will paddle north to William O'Brien State park.
Wahoo Adventures will provide a kayak, paddle and life jacket.
Bring your sunscreen, a water bottle and snacks. Wear clothing and strap on shoes that can get wet. There will be a downhill walk to the river and launch site. Bring money if you wish to have ice cream at Nita Mae's Ice Cream afterwards.
Cancellation
The event may be cancelled if weather conditions prevent safe kayaking. Any cancellation will be sent through Meetup. Refunds or credits will be made if cancellation is weather related.
