Calling all people interested in self improvement through meditation, fitness, and finances. All 3 are related to becoming a "better you"
Our first meeting will be to learn something about meditation- a calming of the mind. Through the techniques of a calm mind and "mindfulness" you will become more relaxed and be able to focus on other aspects of your health such as fitness and finances.
Ideal members are those that are interested in learning about meditation-"mindfulness" and how stress can impact your thought processes. We're also a group that is focused on fitness and finances; these are other aspects of your wellness that can not be overlooked.
Activities will include networking with other like minded people and wellness seminars: meditiaion, fitness and financial. All 3 can not be over looked to becoming a better you!
