### Mondays: Yin Yoga | 6.30 - 7.30pm
A meditative practice focused on deep stillness. We use long-held floor poses to target the connective tissues and quiet the mind.
- Switch from "fight-or-flight" to deep rest.
- Release deep-seated tension in connective tissues.
- Calm the nervous system through mindful stillness.
### Thursdays: Gentle Flow Yoga | 6.30 - 7.30pm
A rhythmic, fluid practice that connects breath with motion. This class uses somatic movement to release daily stress and build inner strength.
- Soothe the mind with rhythmic, fluid movement.
- Release daily stress through gentle somatic flow.
- Build resilience and inner peace through breath.
