The Rainbow Lounge

A free regular online social space for the LGBTQIA+ community in Scotland

Join us on the 3rd Tuesday of the month (6-7.30pm) for a welcoming online meetup to meet other LGBTQ+ people in Scotland, connect, share and get to know our local community.

We will have ways to get involved if you’re inspired to do so but most importantly we hope you’ll find a place to be yourself and find a sense of belonging.

Who we welcome

All LGBTQ+ people aged 16+ in Scotland are welcome to join us.

We welcome the entire diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community including non-binary, queer, intersex, asexual people and all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella.

We also welcome people who aren't sure about their sexual orientation/gender identity, or who do not use labels for either.

Spaces are limited to 20 people so we need you to register in advance.

Please use the Eventbrite registration form to register. RSVP on Meetup is not a registration, please register on Eventbrite to get the access details.

If something changes and you can no longer attend the event, please cancel your space on Eventbrite or let Jules know as soon as you can so your space becomes available for someone else.

How to join?

We will be on the video conference app Zoom.

You don’t need a Zoom account to join a Zoom meetup but you can create one here. If you have a Zoom account, our email reminder will also include the meeting ID which you can use to find the Zoom meeting.

Our email reminders will include a link to an online event page which you can access the Zoom meeting from. In order to use the online event page, you need to register an account with Eventbrite. If you don’t want an account with Eventbrite, make sure you register at least a day before the meetup to not miss the email reminder including the Zoom details.
