Meta coding && AWS IoT

Details
=======
Important: please note these meetings are now regularly on the 4th Thursday of each month and we're seeking speakers for the next 6 events. Further details have been pinned in the #wellington channel of the Ruby NZ Slack (http://slack.ruby.nz/).
So far we have 2 speakers lined up:
First up with have Regan Ryan gaving an introduction to Ruby Meta Programming—Learn the nuts and bolts of how Ruby works, and begin the meta-programming journey.
Then we have Mathew Hartley giving a demonstration and introduction of Amazon's IoT, as well as some of the big data tools like Athena and Quicksight. The goal is to show a few of the (quite interesting) tools you wouldn't be using in production, in the context of recording house temperatures.
Doors open at 5:30pm with talks starting at 6:00pm. We'll break for pizza and chatting/networking after the 1st talk.
Please join us in the Ruby NZ Slack:
Lots of us are hanging out there, you can get an invite from the official Ruby NZ (http://ruby.nz/) site here (http://slack.ruby.nz/). Don't forgot to join the #wellington channel too as that's were any discussion and announcement about this meetup occurs.
Sponsorship
Optimal Workshop (https://www.optimalworkshop.com) is once again sharing their sweet office with us and covering the pizza. They're also a big fan and sponsor of the NZ Rails Camps!! Thanks!
