This special Aroma Yoga class is an invitation to tune into your full energy system—from root to crown—in a nourishing and accessible way.
Over the past few months, we’ve explored each chakra one by one. Now, this integration session brings it all together through breath, movement, scent, and mindful reflection. It’s a chance to check in with your whole self and feel a sense of energetic wholeness.
✨ New to Aroma Yoga? You’re warmly welcome. This is a great entry point to experience chakra-based movement, breathwork, and essential oils—all in a supportive, beginner-friendly space.
✨ Joined the previous sessions? This is your moment to integrate, reflect, and deepen your embodiment of the practices.

This class is part of the Aroma Yoga Chakra Series—a 3-month journey where we explore each of the seven chakras every two weeks through yoga, essential oils, and intentional practices.
You can attend any session as a standalone experience or join the full series for deeper healing and transformation.
