Evolve Yoga is not just a yoga class – it’s a guided inner journey. Each 2-hour session blends mindful yoga, breathwork, journaling, meditation, and essential oils to support your personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
Whether you're navigating a transition, seeking more clarity, or simply craving a deeper connection with yourself, this practice is here to support you. We explore a new theme each time, creating space for insight, release, and renewal. Examples of class themes: self-love, security, forgiveness, boundaries.
