Each Monthly Pause is built around 4 core elements:

🌬 Breath — guided expansive breathwork to move stuck energy, quiet mental noise and create space for clarity and emotional release
📝 Reflection — journaling and self-inquiry to process, reset and gain clarity

Each session is designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, reconnect to the present moment and create space for greater clarity and grounding.
