Our goal is to provide a supportive and informative community where members can share experiences, strategies, and resources for navigating life with ADHD. Whether you're an adult with ADHD, a parent of a child with ADHD, or simply interested in learning more about ADHD, we invite you to join us on the last Wednesday of every month at Epoch Game Lounge, 16 S. Wenatchee Avenue. for our meetups and connect with others who understand your challenges and triumphs.
