What we’re about

This group is for those who are looking for effective workouts that will help you blast through your fitness plateaus. We work hard, but the focus is on fun.  If its not fun, then why do it?

HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Tabata style workouts are running the fitness industry right now for a very good reason:  They work!  Most results in the shortest amount of time.

Cardio, muscle conditioning, dancing, toning, stretching, its all here.  We also offer corrective exercise strategies (for chronic joint pain) and nutritional counseling.

We believe that challenging yourself, stretching your limits, and connecting with a community of amazing people along the way is the key to getting and staying in the best shape of your life.
