Celebration of Heart Cacao ceremony at the beach with special guest Darren!!

Special guest Darren Marc Levene will be leading us in a Celebration of Heart Cacao Ceremony!

Darren will lead us in a cacao ceremony focused on gratitude. We will enjoy the singing of some heart songs including the cacao blessing song.
Together we will:
Still our minds
Open our hearts and invite in positive energy for the month of September.

We will also do some journaling, simple stress releasing exercises and walk to the water's edge and enjoy camaraderie.

We will have between 7-11 people attending.

Bring something to sit on,
journal,
perhaps a sweatshirt,
snack/water,
an open heart a friend or make one. :-)
