Join Jackie and Karin for a mini-retreat at Mindful Turtle designed to help you recalibrate and re-enter daily life feeling restored and renewed. The retreat will begin with brief journaling and intention-setting inspired by teachings from ancient texts of yoga. Jackie will guide you through use of mantra (recitation of phrases or chants), pranayama (breathing techniques), and a grounding slow-moderate asana practice (physical postures). You will then experience sound healing with Karin, incorporating quartz crystal singing bowls, Indian flute, channeled toning, and Reiki. The sound healing session will lead you into wholeness and balance within and may help release physical, spiritual, and emotional blocks.
