PLEASE remember to hydrate BEFORE the hike and bring:

1. Water (at least 3L recommended)
2. Electrolytes (Saltstick capsules, Gu, Nuun tablets, Shot Blocks)
3. Snacks/Protein bars readily available for refueling on the run!
4. Lunch
5. Sunscreen
