Each loop is 3.1 miles and exactly 1200 feet of elevation gain . How many can you do ?

We will do the first loop together, and then do the rest at your own pace. You must be able to do a reasonable pace up the first mountain climb and keep with us so that you know the loop otherwise you should absolutely have the route on your device before hand . You will need to do at least 2.5 miles an hour to keep up the first climb.

This is a really good for elevation training .

If you park in Dunfield, you will be able to stop at your car in between each loop. There is usually a nasty porta potty there.

Meet at the Dunnfield parking lot just off of east bound route 80 on the NJ side .

From PA TAKE the first exit .
