Horse Medicine Retreat
A Day of Movement, Presence & Sisterhood
Join us for a deeply nourishing day on the land, where we gather in community to reconnect with the wisdom of the body, the plants, and the intuitive medicine of horses.
Set on a peaceful farm, this retreat weaves together yoga, somatic exploration, and herbal practices to support grounding, awareness, and inner clarity.
The Flow of the Day
We will begin in a welcoming opening circle, sharing tea and light seasonal snacks as we arrive, settle, and connect.
From there, you’ll be guided through a gentle, embodied yoga practice, inviting breath, movement, and presence into the body.
We will then enter a somatic session with the horses, where observation and attuned awareness allow us to experience the profound, nonverbal medicine horses offer.
Afterward, we’ll take a medicinal walk through the fields, learning to see and connect with the healing plants growing all around us.
In the afternoon, we gather for a medicine-making circle, creating simple herbal preparations while sharing stories, reflections, and integration in community.
We will close the day with a nourishing farm-style dinner, honoring the land, the animals, and the connections we’ve cultivated together.
