What we’re about
An Introduction to Shamanism for Women
Life throws a lot at us—stress, old wounds, fear, anxiety—and sometimes it feels like we’re carrying around invisible baggage that drags us down. What if you could lighten the load, feel more connected, and step into a version of yourself that feels free, powerful, and alive?
That’s where Shamanism comes in. 🌿
It’s an ancient practice with a modern twist—a way to clear negativity, heal emotional weight, and restore balance so you can move through life with more ease and energy.
This gathering is designed especially for women who are curious about Shamanism and want a welcoming space to explore it for the first time.
In this interactive intro event, you’ll get to learn and experience simple but powerful Shamanic techniques to:
⚡ Let go of negativity that’s been hanging on too long
⚡ Tap into the support of Earth, spirit, and your own inner wisdom
⚡ Receive the energy that restores and uplifts you
⚡ Create boundaries that protect your peace
Think of it as hitting the “reset” button—not just for your mind, but for your body and spirit too.
Whether you’re brand new to Shamanism or simply curious, this is your chance to experience practices that go beyond symptom-chasing “healthcare” and get to the root of what’s really holding you back.
We’ll laugh, we’ll learn, we’ll connect—and yes, there will be breaks!
Join us at the Washington Commons office complex at 109 East Evans Street, The Washington Building, Second Floor (there are steps), for this free, inspiring event. Come as you are, bring a curious mind, and leave with tools you can use to shift your energy and transform your life.
Can’t wait to see you there!
