West Chester Group Trail Run

Morning trail run. All skills welcome.The route is 2.5 miles one way, which is 5 miles if you chooses to run down and back. The purpose of this group run is to get some miles in together, meet and motivate each other, and start the morning off with positivity. Meet time is 7:30am and we will stretch/socialize until 7:40am and then start running.
