A Safe Room for Life’s Hard Transitions
Details
### 🌿 A Give-What-You-Get Conversation for Those Navigating Divorce & Major Life Transitions
Some experiences change you quietly.
Divorce. Separation. Relationship uncertainty.
Or simply standing at a crossroads you never expected to face.
This Give-What-You-Get gathering is an intentionally small, guided conversation for individuals who are pre-divorce, mid-divorce, post-divorce, or in a significant life transition and want clarity, grounding, and perspective—without judgment or pressure.
What this is:
• A facilitated, trauma-informed space
• A short guided share + optional participant sharing
• Insight into emotional, personal, and practical considerations during transition
• A room where confidentiality, dignity, and choice matter
What this is not:
• Not a therapy session
• Not a support group where you’re required to speak
• Not a sales pitch
You give what you get—whether that’s presence, reflection, listening, or sharing.
Come as you are.
Facilitated by:
Poonam Bhuchar — Attorney (24+ years), mediator, TEDx speaker, bestselling author, and creator of the SAFE Method™ for emotional harmony. I’ve lived this journey personally and professionally and created this space because too many people go through transitions alone.
