Welcome West Coast Swing dancers and wannabes!! We have lots of opportunities for you to join our fun, friendly and diverse community of dancers. West Coast Swing is one of the hottest partner dances on the planet. It's everywhere around the globe. It's fun and creative. All you need is the desire to learn and enjoy dancing. We'll help you reach that goal. And it's super fun.
NO Partner is needed, but a partner and/or friends are always welcome! We rotate plenty in our classes and we dance with everyone. Dress casual. Meet new friends, enjoy a wide variety of music, and learn & dance WCS, It's so much FUN! We are beginner-friendly. Group lessons are an easy way to learn dancing as well as to improve your skills. Stay for the social dance and have fun with it. Isn't that what it's all about. Did we say our group is friendly, diverse and fun! It's time to get to dancing. If not now, when?
We have a 1 hour all level WCS lesson (approx 30 min Beginners/30 min Intermediates) EVERY Tuesday from 7:309-8:30PM followed by a fun DJed social dance party from 8:30-10:30PM at Universal Dance Studio, 41 E. Crescent Blvd, Rt 130, Collingswood, NJ. $15 per person.
Our monthly dance is the 3rd Saturday of each month. Again it's at Universal Dance Studio in Collingswood, NJ. We offer a 1/2 hour all level lesson here at 8:30PM, followed by a social dance party from 9PM to midnight. $20 per person.
We have a monthly Boot Camp and a monthly Study Group which helps everyone either learn the dance or continue learning more about it. These lessons/workshops are held in our home studio located in the Collingswood, NJ area.
