Beach Day

LGBTQ+ Beach Chillaxin’

Let’s hangout at the beach and enjoy the sunshine and camaraderie. Bring your own beverages, snacks, beach gear, and other accoutrements. We can swim, chat, play games, and just relax.

If rain is forecasted for most of the day, there’s an excessive heat advisory, or the water temperatures are over 90°F, we’ll postpone our excursion to another day.

Haulover Beach is clothing-optional, so be aware of that. This is just a social event. We’ll have other beach days at other beaches too. We’ll be near Lifeguard Tower #15

LOOK FOR THE BEACH WHEELCHAIR WITH PUFFY GRAY, BALLOON-LIKE WHEELS

Leon and I have to go to the MDFR Ocean Rescue Lifeguard Station to pick up the beach wheelchair and push it roughly 1/2 a mile to where we’ll be at on the beach.
