It was in 2014 when I first began to "own" and "honor" myself as a goddess. i was in Chris Zydel's Wild Heart Expressive Arts and Intuitive Painting Teacher Training program. I savored learning from her juicy goddess wisdom.

I always felt a shift in myself as I walked into our sacred meeting space.
💕A goddess might smudge my body with a bundle of sage.
💕My eyes fixated on the alter's flickering candles nestled with flowers and flirty chocolates.
💕Twelve women sharing from a deep authentic space in sacred circle.

I discovered different sides of me that love to play and shine.
💕I learned I could channel my own inner goddess essence. Refreshing Spirit Warrior and Innovative visionary genius are very present for me right now.
💕The first time I first picked up the paint brush, wearing an apron and noticing messy paint on my hands and arms, I owned my self as an artist.
💕I boldly filmed my first video of myself with bubbles and scarves high up in a tree.

That was just the beginning for me and my journey as an embodied goddess and holding sacred spaces for women.
