Lawn Bowls Taster Day 🎱

We did this last year and was a fantastic event. It’s the opportunity to try out lawn bowls at Berkhamsted Bowls Club.

Incidentally, 4 people actually joined the club last year from the previous taster day and enjoyed it so much that 3 of the 4 have already renewed again for this year! 🤗

Everything is being provided FREE by the club for us, the only thing you have to bring is a pair of trainers and an open mind.

Experience rolling woods on their hallowed turf as you enjoy a drink from the bar with music to accompany you. We will also play a fun team game called 'bowls bash' and also give you a chance to have a go at one of their targets as a climax to your first go at bowls.

Their superb clubhouse facilities will be available which includes a large screen and ample free public parking is available 50 yds from their main gate (HP4 2AA).

We will meet outside the front entrance. Please arrive for 09:30, as they will need to brief our group in full and hand out equipment, put in teams etc.
