Chenies/Latimer circular walk

I think this may well have been Don’s first ever walks with us, nearly 4 years ago!! Not sure we’ve put it on since, so here you go 🤗

We leave at 10:30am prompt from the road, very near the Red Lion Pub 🦁 in Chenies Village, WD3 6ED.

To start, we walk through the very pleasant village to pass Chenies Manor House and gardens 🏛️ We then take in bridle paths and woods 🌳 before descending to cross the Chesham road and the river Chess 💦 We’ll then head towards Latimer Village where the route follows the river Chess again, towards Sarratt Bottom. We navigate the river crossing once more 🛶 and walk through woods and fields back to the Red Lion pub for refreshments and a chat🍺☕️🍟
This walk is approx 6 miles and will take roughly 2.5-3hrs.
