Wiggington, Cholesbury Fort 🏰 & Tring Park Circular Walk

Brand new walk that Don, Frixos, Angela and I recce’d two months ago.

We leave @ 10:30am prompt from the Chesham Road Recreation Ground car park HP23 6HH.

Starting from the Village Café, we trail across fields passing through Roundhill Wood, Shirelane Farm 🪿 to Cholesbury Iron Age Hill Fort 🏰 The walk then picks up a bridle path through High Scrubs and Shrubbs Wood 🪵 to Hastoe. We then navigate the Ridgeway, which takes us back to Wigginton via Tring Park, with its breathtaking views.

The walk will take roughly 2-5-3hrs and is approximately 6.5-7 miles.

We can finish up at either the café ☕️ or The Greyhound pub 🍺🤗
