The Kings Langley at War Exhibition is back by popular demand on Sunday 24th May from 10am to 4pm at the former Rudolph Steiner School. Will be there from 12 till 1pm.

Free Entry. There are many items and information relating to Chipperfield and local villages too.

On 28th December 1944 the crew of the Choo-Z-Suzy, a US B17 Super Fortress Bomber left Thurleigh airfield near Bedford on a bombing mission to German to strike the railway yard at Koblenz. This was their 79th mission and unbeknownst to the young crew, would be Choo-Z-Suzy's last and would end with the tragic death of one of their crew, here in Kings Langley โœ๏ธ
