Heartwood Forest Circular Walk 🌳

After a short break from our regular weekend walks we’ve been asked to put them on again, so we’re starting with this one from last November.

We leave at 10:30am prompt from the Heartwood Forest car park, AL4 9DQ. Please be ready to leave 10 minutes beforehand 🚙

The walk takes us more or less all around the perimeter of the forest, through many tracks, fields and woods 🌳 We’ll also pass through the very lovely Sandridge village en route and then seek refreshments at the Queens Head pub after🍺🍟☕️ Will take approximately 2-2.5 hrs. Roughly 5.5-6 miles.

First planted in 2009, Heartwood Forest is England’s largest new continuous native woodland 🌲🌲
