When I first got into tech, coding, and startups, I figured the fastest way to learn was grinding through 5-hour YouTube tutorials. Turns out, the best growth came from just talking to people who saw things differently than I did. Those conversations helped me grow as a developer and as a person. Plus, it was fun and I made a lot of great friends along the way!
I want to give that back!
