You'll want to be here when monks from the National Sacred Arts Tour visit Parkwest Fitness to share teaching, meditation, and fun cultural exchange. Everyone is welcome to this free event. Please sign up in the Parkwest/MindBody app. Tibetan-made merchandise will be available to purchase. Proceeds from the sale of crafts and jewelry at tour stops are used to support the Tibetan monastery in exile and the surrounding community in India, including orphans and refugees.
