Welcome to Hearthsounds sound healing! Sound baths are incredibly powerful and have so many positive impacts on our mind, body, and spirit. Some of the many benefits of sound baths are: improved moods, reduce stress and anxiety, improved focus and clarity, being present in the moment, quieting our busy minds, improve sleep, decreased tension and fatigue, lower heart rate, and so much more. Sound baths can be a great addition to your self-care and wellness routine! Our bodies are about 60% water, so the sound vibrations made by the instruments affect your full body.

What should you bring to a sound bath? Anything that makes you comfortable! Think about creating a soft nest to lay in. I find that if any part of my body starts to feel uncomfortable, I focus on my body as opposed to the sound bath. My solution: I bring a folding camping mattress, pillow, and blanket when I go to a sound bath. Easy to bring in, easy to pack out, and I'm incredibly comfortable the entire time. I also bring water so that I have something to drink afterwards.
