Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath celebrating Yule, the winter solstice. As the longest night of the year, Yule marks the turning point when we begin our slow journey back towards the light. This is a time to honor the rebirth of the sun, find warmth in community, and tend to the inner spark that will guide us through the rest of the winter. It is also a time to honor our new beginnings, hope, and what we wish to bring to life in our lives with the return of the light.
In our special Yule Sound Bath, we will create a sacred space to honor this magical time. The evening will begin with a brief introduction to the history of Yule, a Yule ceremony, followed by a guided meditation to help you connect with your inner light and set intentions for the returning sun.
You will then be invited to lie down and be immersed in the sound waves and vibrations of the Chinese Chau gong, 432hz singing crystal bowls, swinging meditation chime, crystal pyramid, and various ethereal chimes. The resonant tones can guide you into a deep state of relaxation, helping to release tension, calm your nervous system, and restore a sense of balance. This is a time for deep rest, inner reflection, and rekindling the light within.
- Chinese Chau gong: deep, powerful resonance aiding in calmness and grounding
- 432hz singing crystal bowls: harmonize with your body's natural frequencies, promoting a sense of balance and inducing deep relaxation
- swinging meditation chime: creating a soothing and mesmerizing soundscape aiding in relaxation and meditation
- crystal pyramid: enhances meditation, balances the body's energetic centers, reduces stress, and facilitates a deeper spiritual connection
- chimes: evoke feelings of peace and tranquility
Come and find warmth in the stillness of the winter season and celebrate the promise of a new dawn. All are welcome.
