# AI at BAMF Health: The quest to understand and predict a patient's response to a Theranostics, a new cancer treatment

BAMF Health is a startup clinic that uses theranostics (systemic radiation treatment) to diagnose and treat cancer. The facility uses start of the art cyclotrons in an inhouse radiopharmacy to create the drug used for treatment. This talk will describe the process of how the AI team uses radiology scans to visualize and automatically quantify the disease at every step of the treatment with the goal of predicting the patients outcome and maximizing their treatment benefit.
