Elk Run - Onaway State Park

This is for the camping portion only so you can obtain your reservations. Rivers will be posted separately,
Many people will decorate for Halloween.
For any paddles posted this weekend, if you are not on the leadership team, you must contact Rick/Theresa Peck, Chris/Mary Harrington or Kristina B to be preapproved for the paddles. (you are welcome to join us in the evening campfires even if you don't paddle the rivers)
This weekends rivers will not be for lake paddlers. Paddles are expected to be quiet in hopes of seeing the elk, deer and bear. GET YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY - make reservations at Onaway State Park. Camp one or all or more days. Potluck Saturday at 6:28pm at Onaway State Park. We will be paddling remote rivers in the middle of Elk country hoping to hear them Bugling. You may also do some Elk viewing areas. •
What to bring PFD, Kayak, Paddle.
Bring your own food and beverages for the weekend.
Bring your potluck dish too.
