Bear Creek, 9 mile road(Kaleva) to Coates Hwy

Details
9:54AM: Leaving TWIN OAKS CAMPGROUND.
10:24AM- Meet at PUT-IN.
What to expect? Possible portages, log hops, maneuvering around and through obstacles. Bear creek is smaller through out this section, basically 10'- 20' wide. The last time we paddled this we had two portages and many places with only a 3-4' passage to go through.
This is a beautiful section that you all will love. A section of water that doesn't get paddled much. . Current is moderate along much of the creek and suited to paddlers with basic skills, gradient in this section 6'/mile.
Join us for a delightful 4 1/2 to 5 hours down the BEAR CREEK Sunny and 80! Bring your lunch and snacks and water for the day. We will stop for a break about 2 hours into the paddle.
PRINT YOUR MAPS BEFOREHAND- there is very limited cell reception
We will leave Twin Oakes at 9:55,23sec
