Boardman Brown Bridge to Shumsky's to Beitner

Approx. 12 MILES 4-5 hours includes a lunch stop.
Leave the campground, at 9:02 am, to go to the put in. Travel time is approximately 30 mins.

Cass Road take out is (go onto West South Airport Rd, take out is on the right if you are coming from Cass Road).
Brown to Shumsky approx 2.25 hours
Shumsky to Beitner approx 1.5 hours
Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate Brown Bridge to Beitner Bridge. Intermediate to advanced to run the Keystone Rapids.
Meet at the put in 9:30, spot cars at 9:54.
All drivers will leave together as we see who needs to go to which take out so no one is left behind.
Shuttle drivers needed please.
Some cars will spot at Cass, Schumsky, Beitner.
Safety meeting after everyone is back from the shuttle followed by group photo.
We will stop at Shumsky's for lunch, (about 2 hours into the paddle). You can put in here or take out here if you want. You will have an opportunity to take out at Beitner Bridge (about 1.5 hours after the lunch stop) before the rapids if you want to.
Things to remember: 6:28 pm Potluck at the Campground.
Bring your water and lunch for the day. dress for the conditions, and have fun.
Our sport is inherently dangerous. By signing up for this event you assume full responsibility for your and your quests safety, equipment and well being. The event includes but is not limited to loading, unloading, transport of equipment and shuttle participation. Failure to sign up for this event precludes participation in this group's events.

1. PFD Required to be worn properly at all times
2. It's a good idea to bring dry clothes in a dry bag and some in your car.
3. Please be aware that we enjoy our alcoholic beverages off-river only due to safety and other concerns. Please respect the event host (It's awkward approaching someone mid-trip) and the clubs position on this matter. We’ll enjoy one with you after the trip.
4. We leave on time to make sure that those who have to drop out with out contacting us can do so. We also can't wait for those who will be running late to keep the paddle in order. Please be on time or early.
5. We leave together after the safety talk and picture. Please remain on land until the host has completed their duties in this regard.
