Eagle Rock Sunrise Meditation Hike

Oct 3 (Sat): Meditation Hike Eagle Rock Reservation (Essex Co.) Arrive by 6:30 a.m. We will enjoy the sunrise in the forest and then do a forest meditation hike throughout the reservation for two hours. Bring water and a snack. wear hiking boots. No dogs, please.
