1031 Exchange Strategies w/ Jeff Yonamine - West Sac RE Meetup

This month we will be joined by Jeff Yonamine to talk about 1031 exchange strategies for properties that are held for investment.

Jeff Yonamine is Vice President – Northern Central Valley Region with Exchange Resources, Inc. where he works with Internal Revenue Code Section §1031 coordinating delayed, build to suit and reverse exchanges. He worked for a real estate investment company assisting investors to purchase properties from the Resolution Trust Company. He worked for a real estate development company in Hawaii structuring tax-deferred exchanges starting in 1984. He has a vast background in exchanges working with investors, escrow officers, real estate agents, attorneys and CPAs.

Mr. Yonamine is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a California CPA associate member and active in the CPA Real Estate Discussion Group. He is the past treasurer of C.A.R.E. – Catastrophic Aid for Real Estate. He is a member of multiple MLS Boards and a proud member of AREAA.
