Let's celebrate International Women's Day with brunch at Arthur's, a woman-owned restaurant, followed by a short crawl of women-owned businesses in the Admiral District of West Seattle. We'll visit Zelda Zonk Consignment, Hoste, and Seattle Yarn.

Zelda Zonk Consignment (2210 California Ave SW) - Zelda Zonk Consignment is an upscale neighborhood boutique that consigns and sells name brand clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories for women (and a growing section for men!). We sell high quality and current pieces that are either new or very gently loved. We don’t brand discriminate so we’ve got everything from Giorgio Armani and Burberry to Zara and H&M. We take in an average of 50 consigned items five days per week so there’s always something new to find!
Hoste (2332 California Ave SW) - Hoste is an evolution of a vintage shop Lana Bear started in 2019. It brings together vintage sourced by hand, and slow made goods from makers across the globe. We are located in the Admiral Junction of West Seattle.
Seattle Yarn (2701 California Ave SW, Unit B) - Seattle Yarn is a long-standing shop in beautiful West Seattle, a short hop from iconic spots like Alki Point, Alaska Junction, and Lincoln Park.
Since assuming ownership in 2018, life-long friends Destiny and Cheryl have revamped and reinvigorated the shop. Incorporating their unique brand of fun and hospitality, they've infused the store with a comprehensive and ever-growing selection of local and indie dyers and makers. You'll find exclusive, hard-to-find yarn, bags, pins, accessories, and more – it’s like a yarn market, all in one place!
