Come explore the power of vibration to shift your energy fields through toning and tuning and harmonic ceremony. We will play with the sounds of voice, tuning forks and crystal bowls, in combination with light, breath, meditation, movement, sacred geometry, energy healing and chakra restructuring. There is an exponential power generated by a group coming together in concert, amplifying the intention of healing ourselves, each other and the world at large. No experience necessary, just a desire to increase our awareness of the vibratory nature of energy and how to shift it easily and playfully, creating greater bliss in the body and being.
