Let’s talk career growth without the cringe: interviews, portfolios, networking, confidence, burnout, AI changes, and what’s actually helping people land roles or level up right now. Helpful whether you’re senior, junior, or switching paths.

Format:
We’ll kick off with a simple topic prompt, then go around the room for quick introductions + thoughts (passing is totally fine). After that, it’s open discussion, networking, and optional “show & tell” (projects, tools, questions, or anything you’re working through).
