The GreenMan Theatre Troupe is presenting the 5th Annual 8 to the Bar Play Festival with the theme "Moving On". The Festival consists of Eight 10 Minutes plays that were chosen from over 120 submissions received from 29 states and several countries. Three Winners will be chosen by the audience.
