West Town Social Club's Winter Volleyball Social is open to volleyballers of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner, recreational, intermediate or competitive player, you'll have 2 hours of open gym time to work on your skills, scrimmage, etc.

Two courts will be available--one for beginnner & recreational players and another for intermediate & higher (this may change depending on the makeup of participants). Please note that WTSC does NOT assess players' skill levels; as such, skill levels may somewhat vary on either court. Feel free to switch courts to suit your comfort/skill level if needed!

Any gameplay will be self-officiated. Please be respectful and inclusive of fellow participants and know that the courts must be vacated by 1:30pm. Beginner and recreational players should adhere to West Town Social Club's typical ruleset, which can be found here.

A few things of note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: All participants must be at least 21 years old to participate. Proof of age may be requested by the organizer on the day of the event; please bring identification in case. Those who register and cannot show proof of age will be denied participation in the tournament and will NOT be refunded.
ALCOHOL/FOOD: The facility strictly prohibits ANY alcohol consumption in campus facilities. If you are caught consuming alcohol during participation during this event, you will be asked to properly dispose of your beverage. Any further alcohol consumption witnessed during the event will result in being asked to leave and could potentially result in being banned from future West Town Social Club events. Additionally, food and beverages other than water are not allowed inside the gymnasium.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued except in the event of a non-weather related cancellation. Credit towards future events may be issued on a case-by-case basis up to 2 weeks prior to the tournament.
WAIVER: All participants will be asked to sign a digital waiver prior to arrival, agreeing that West Town Social Club will not be held liable for any injuries and/or illness associated with participating in the volleyball tournament. Failure to sign this waiver will result in participation being denied with no refund being issued.
