Itinerary
Not reccied so could be slightly more or less then 12 mile :P
Meet at Clitheroe train st. The first part is boring about 2 mile down streets and lanes to reach Pendleton village. Sounds cool might be to do with The witches of Pendle Hill.
We then ascend through fields to reach Wiswell moor summit. Next a pointless short desent to Churn clough reservoir. Next back up onto the Ribble Valley Jubilee trail which heads to Pendle Hill. This gets steep i think.
We ascend more to reach- turn head ,,then a steep desent looking onto the Clitheroe valleys. Finally back a few mile on fields or mud back to Clitheroe.
If pace and group is fast optional ascent of Pendle Hill
