Itinerary
This walk takes place on the East Coast of Yorkshire. This is a linear walk. Firstly leaving Scarborough centre and heading slightly north to pass through Peasholm Park that has an oriental feel to it. We then head to Scarboruogh North Bay passing round Marine Drive where we will have a quick pause to look for Dolphins.
We pass Scarborough south bay which is much busier with people. Now the real walk starts up a steep hill to join the Cleveland way. After this ascent it is mostly flat along the clifftops for about 7 miles passing different cliffs and features.
Eventually we reach filey where we can view Filey Brigg an interesting coastal feature. Finally another small ascent to Filey train station. Where you can get back to your car in Scarbs or train home.
