Friendly canal walk 🌙 Kirkstall to Leeds city centre (4 miles, linear)

New members are welcome. We'll chit-chat and walk along the canal, starting in Kirkstall and finishing in Leeds city centre. 🌊

• Start time: 6:20pm
• Duration: 1 hour and 35 mins of walking. (Option for pub after.)
• Public transport: You can catch the 6:12pm train from Leeds, arriving in Kirkstall Forge station at 6:18pm.
• Parking: Free car park available at Kirkstall Forge station.

Where to go:
We'll meet on Platform 2 of Kirkstall Forge station, which is where the Leeds train arrives.

What to expect:
We'll walk along the canal and finish at Water Lane Boathouse pub in city centre – you can head home or join us for drinks. They sell pizza and burgers there, if you get hungry.

I'd advise bringing a torch since the canal is dark without street lighting. Don't worry if you can't bring one though, as most of the group will carry torches to make it more visible.
