报名项目条件(Participation Conditions)：
1.参赛者及参赛项目须来自境外。参赛项目须符合国内外法律法规，无不良记录；
Participant and the project shall come from overseas (outside of China). The project shall be in
compliance with applicable laws in and out of China without any track record of misconduct;
2.参赛者须拥有知识产权与科技创新成果，不侵犯任何第三方知识产权;
Individuals, teams and enterprises with intellectual property and original innovation without infringing any
third party intellectual properties;
3.有意向将技术项目落地中国。
Project is intended for localization and/or technology transfer to China.
