If you’ve been coming to our events for a while, you’ve probably seen Tyler around — he’s been a consistent face in the room for years and someone I’ve had the pleasure of working with on a few deals.

Tyler’s one of those investors who quietly puts in the work and gets deals done. He’s closed over 50 transactions, ranging from wholesales to flips to creative finance deals like bond-for-deeds. He brings a ton of real-world experience, but what I’ve always appreciated most is his mindset — he’s always trying to add value, build genuine partnerships, and keep learning.

Whether he’s partnering with new investors, doing JVs with out-of-town buyers, or helping others navigate their first deals, Tyler shows up — and that’s what makes him a great fit for our community. You are welcome to come whether you are trying to go from 0-1st deal or deal 1,000 - 1001. We will have a needs and wants section where you can tell the room if you have something to offer or are looking for something. Whether that's an off-market deal, hard money, contractors, partners etc.

Our speakers aren't selling anything and neither are the organizers. We just want to get the West Bank property investing community networking and talking as we believe that will benefit everyone.
