Durdle door hike + Lulworth Cove Sauna, Sea Dips & Meditate

Join me for this full womens retreat morning of hiking ( to durdle door), meditation, breathwork, lulworth cove sauna session and sea dips.

we will meet by the lulworth visitor center at 9.15, and hike up to durdle door, we will have a little stop there for some meditation and breathwork before we climb back down to the stunning lulworth cove for our saltwater sauna session at 11.25am

This grounding session includes a 65 minute session at the incredible salt water sauna lulworth cove(with majestic views of this picturesque cove). My favourite place on earth

The Sauna session (hot/cold exposure) will involve alternating between 10/15 mins guided practices in the Sauna and sea dips. To deeply ground and release toxins in the body.

After the sauna, We will flush out the body with a long, cold drink and mini spicy tea and come back into a circle in the cove to ground, connect with a meditation to arrive fully in our bodies in the moment

The session will run from 9.15 am til 1pm(ish) and booking is essential as there is only space for 8 people . Just £44 for this meditative morning of guidance, connection, nature & grounding. Do ask if you just fancy the sauna sea dips bit from 11.20 til 1pmish without the hike (£30pp)
