Come together for this beautiful gathering of women and for a mid-week Reset.

We will arrive with our breath with a guided meditation and short guided breathwork, very gently move our bodies for 15 minutes, then lie back as I guide you through a deeply releasing meditation to the sounds of healing mantra music.

The last 15 minutes is for a mini spicy tea, a chat and card pull before we drift off home to bed

The session is suitable for all. Please wear something comfy. I provide mats and blankets for all 🧘‍♀️❤️

£12 payable in advance as spaces are limited in this lovely private studio. There is plenty of space to park on the layby just outside the property.
